In November 2023, the VGM Child Care Center opened its doors for the first time to employee owners and their young ones. With the constant struggle of securing reliable child care over the last few years, the VGM Child Care Center lifted off much needed weight from the shoulders of dozens of employee owners.

This prestigious recognition highlights their exceptional leadership and their contributions to their companies and Iowa’s diverse industries.

Veterans Day is celebrated Nov. 11 each year. And to honor our country’s veterans and active military, VGM Group is focusing our Q4 community giving efforts toward organizations that support these deserving individuals. This quarter, we’ve made contributions totaling $8,200 to six area organizations.

Brooke Kraft, vice president of talent management for Human Capital, and Lathan Ehlers, copywriter lead for Corporate Communications & Events, were fortunate enough to have child care set up by the time their daughter Viv, now 4 years old, was born.

Since opening our own child care center in November of 2023, VGM Group has seen firsthand how access to quality, affordable child care and education Makes a Difference. VGM’s Q3 community giving aims to expand that opportunity to even more area families by focusing on child care and summer programming for children.
