Providing accessibility to children of all ages and abilities can inspire inclusion and build a stronger community. For Q1 of 2024, VGM supported two organizations to help achieve their goals of providing all children with a space where they can join in some fun. Donations for the two organizations totaled $20,000. Learn more about them below.

Over the course of six months, 37 dedicated employee owners worked towards mastery of either English or Spanish as part of the VGM Language Learning Program. And in November, VGM celebrated their hard work with graduation ceremonies at VGM’s Main Campus and Fulfillment warehouses.

VGM's Evolving Leader Program (ELP) recently held its graduation for the class of 2023. This program was created in 2022 for VGM employees who display a high potential for future or continued success as a leader within VGM.
