VGM Group, Inc. is excited to announce Cara Hintz as its Wellness Coordinator.
Cara’s role at VGM will involve handling corporate wellness initiatives, along with building relationships with employee owners to help them meet their holistic wellness-related goals.
“We are incredibly glad to have Cara join the VGM team,” said Sara Laures, VGM Chief People Officer. “Her vision to bring the wellness and vitality of VGM as a top priority will inspire some exciting changes. On top of that, she will be an excellent resource for our employee owners to help them along their personal wellness journey.”
Cara has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Northern Iowa and is a certified nutrition coach through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). Prior to VGM, she managed a credit union branch for 15 years. And for the last 10 years, she has helped people focus on their overall wellness, movement, and energy.
